Happy Saturday!

Yep, after spending the past week or so...

...patina'ing

...making jewelry...

...dealing with a little bit of attitude...

...working on my displays (I swear, I'm always revamping something)...

...creating new earring cards...

...and hang tags...

...and packing...

...and dealing with more attitude...

...my show with Patty has been postponed for two weeks.  But it's all good.  Because it'll give me more time to make more stuff and firm up my displays a bit more!  I'll also have time to blog more consistently.  And work on my blog post for the Earring Swap hosted by Diana of Suburban Girl Studios.  And to start (eeekk) on Michelle Mach's Very Vintage Challenge.  I've also just signed up for Calico Collage's Accessory Design Challenge...so yeah, I'm still going to be busy!  But as I said, it's all good.  Oh.  And I forgot about the 3 or 4 other shows in November that I'm doing....so, yeah, busy.

But I still hope to have time to do a little bit of this:

And a bit of county fair hopping.  And entertaining the kids.  Maybe take in a high school football game or two.  Going for a hike here or there.  And just enjoying the fall, which is my favorite time of the year.

Oh, and here's another bit of news!  Please check out Molly Alexander's awesome new blog - Grateful Living

Grateful Living is a collaborative blog, hosted by the lovely Molly, where you will find quite an impressive group of bloggers talking about what it means to them to live gratefully.  And yes, I'll be part of that group.  I was very honored when Molly asked me, and only hope to do her wonderful idea justice!

So, then, that's my bit of news this wet and rainy Saturday!  What are you doing this weekend?

I saw Patty's post about the rain delay already and totally feel for you. All that preparation and anxiety and work just to be delayed. I'm so glad you're keeping a positive outlook on it!
As a side note, your show materials look really cool! I hope y'all take lots of pictures at the show so we can all oooh and aaaahhhh over you and Patty's booth!

I love what you are working on- the earring cards, tags and packaging look great! (love those earrings too...oh, and the attitudes may be annoying, but they sure are cute!)
