I Heart Macro
Macro at Mom's

As is usual on Sundays, I'm joining Lori over at
Studio Waterstone for I Heart Macro today!

Today's shots were taken while I was over my mother's house.
Not feeling particularly chatty today (whaaatt?  really?), so it's just an eye candy day today!

*love* the contrast of the wood with the weathered patina of the leaves!

These last shots are of my dad's beloved Golden, Scout.  Scout is almost enough to make me want to switch my breed allegiance (I'm a German Shepherd Girl all the way).  Almost.  Seriously.
Again, love the texture contrast here!
There's something about the liquid love in a dog's eye.

I'll leave you, now, and go love on my good girl Meadow.

But don't forget to check out the other Macro-ists who play along with Lori!

Very nice shots. Of course, I am partial to the dog pics as I have 2 dogs myself and am a serious dog lover. No matter how down or sad I am, all I do is look at my Maddux's eyes and he makes me happy.

Your pictures are great. I especially like the birdhouse.

As far as the puppies...they're just precious. I'm more of a cat person, but hold NO animosity to dogs. Hubs and I have been wanting a puppy for a while now, but I insist that we have a fence in the back yard first. I hate that I have to be suck a sticker about it. Anyway, both of the dogs are beautiful!
