I Heart Macro
Nostalgia

Doing the Sunday usual today, and joining Lori's I Heart Macro...please join everyone!

I'm feeling a bit nostalgic today.

My grandmother passed at the end of the summer, and after some issues, my father and his sisters are going through the house.  Things are being divided, picked through and remembered upon.  When asked if there was anything I wanted from my grandmother, I couldn't think.  Had no clue if there was anything I wanted.  Luckily, my mother stepped in on my behalf.

My grandmother's collection of decorative spoons now graces my office.
It's a perfect fit.
And I couldn't be happier with this constant reminder of this strong woman.

Please join everyone else...

Holly, nice photos of your treasures from your late Grandmother. How nice to have her around you in your office.

I'm sorry to hear about your grandmother. I'm glad you ended up with something so beautiful to have as a reminder of her.

I love your new header. Or is it a banner? I like the changes!
