mismatched art bead earring swap

I've participated in a few swaps in my time, but when this one came along, I hopped at the opportunity!  I have issues with asymmetrical design.  but I powered through with this one, since I really want to overcome my issues ;)  the idea was to create a pair of mismatched, asymmetrical earrings using atleast one artbead, and to swap them with a partner.  organized by Diana, how could I not participate?

anyway, my partner this time around was the lovely lampworker Renetha Sanziano, and she sent me a super cute pair of earrings with what I believe is her own lampwork.  unfortunately, my pictures don't do her glasswork credit, but they are just beautiful, with an amazing depth to the colors that you can't see here.  also, there are these amazingly cute charms!  aren't they sweet?

please do check out Renetha's blog for what I sent to her!  and don't forget to check out what everyone else created for this lovely swap.  and thanks so much to Diana for organizing it!

Renetha Stanziano  ---my awesome partner!

Oh Holly, I only dream of making lampwork beads. These beads were made by Rabbit Hutch Beads in Dayton Ohio. I should have mentioned that.

OOH I love the earrings that Renetha made for you...the beads are gorgeous!

I love the teal-red mix in the wheely glass beads you created! And your work in your etsy shop - love metalwork and yours is to die for!! Or atleast go broke for!
