shows. I had 3 shows in October, all less to moderately successful. not the best, but I'm still working on figuring out which shows will really work for my designs. work in progress, what can I say ;)
my girl got so many compliments and comments!
i actually had one antique dealer try to buy her from me. nope, not parting with this girl!
my displays are always (always. always) being revamped.
this set up is probably one of my faves, though.
there's also been alot of playing with the animals and kids too.
Destroyed Kongs now number 4
not buying another right yet as the bigger piece is still in decent shape
this sweet little face? she's a pest. but ya gotta love her.
dog and boy remain best friends. not expecting that to change any time soon! their favorite activity together is digging in daddy's garden. which is now one MASSIVE hole. ugh.
girl and I took a trip one day to Michael's. indulged in her interest in the Rainbow Loom. we now have rainbow elastics All.Over.The.House. what a mess. but hey, it keeps her busy.
we also enjoyed spending one day at the local Renaissance Faire. had a blast, and boy walked home with a gorgeous handmade wooden sword and shield. which, surprisingly, hasn't been confiscated yet. girl and boy both also now want kid-sized archery sets. mom doesn't mind - I'll just have to grab my own bow from my parent's house once we set up targets in the back yard. then we'll have a full set - mom, dad, girl & boy! but yeah, dog will be house-bound at that point, when we practice!
so, yeah, been busy. but busy is good. right? isn't it? ;) what've you been up to?
oh. I've also added a few things to my Etsy shop. which is still really bare. have to remedy that too!
Etsy shop - come for a visit!
